GMDF Awards Night - Musical & Pantomime Awards

Overview

• Arrive at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start.

• Dress code is Lounge Suit or Black Tie.

• A glass of fizz on arrival.

Menu

Starters 

• Seasonal Vegetable Soup with a Homemade Torta Roll

• Smoked Rarebit (V) - Smoked cheddar and ale rarebit on sourdough, served with a charred shallot salad

  
  

Main

• Chicken Chasseur - Pan-seared chicken thighs served in tomato, red wine and mushroom sauce topped with Gruyère and served with skin-on roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

• Butternut Conchiglioni (V) - Ricotta stuffed conchiglioni in a butter and brown butter sauce, finished with a crispy breadcrumb topping and served with seasonal vegetables

• Salmon - Served with seasonal vegetables, new potatoes and signature sauce

  
  

Dessert

• Apple Crumble (V) - Mixed variety apple crumble served with ice cream.

• Cheeseboard (V) - Selection of cheese and biscuits served with fruit and chutney Tea/Coffee/Mints
