Parking

The hotel does not have onsite parking. There is the NCP car park on Oxford Street, you can pre-book a space for this car park online at:

Public Transport

The hotel is set in the heart of the city centre with excellent tram and rail links in and out of the city. Oxford Street train station is directly opposite the Hotel and St Peter's Square is the nearest Metrolink tram stop.

USEFUL INFORMATION FROM THE EVENT ORGANISER

• Pre-dinner drinks and cocktails in the Whitworth Suite from 6pm.

• Please ensure you’ve arrived at the venue and are ready to be called to dine by 6:45pm.

• We won’t be able to accommodate any special dietary requests which haven't been submitted prior to the event, all specific requirements must be communicated via the booking form and by the deadline.

• Only guests who’ve booked and paid to dine may attend any part of the event.

• The disco will finish at 1am.

• No tickets will be issued, a confirmation email will be sent to your society contact on receipt of your booking & payment.
